How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases. Your Premium access is tied to your App Store / Google Play account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. The app's Settings screen links you there too.
I reset my data by accident. Can I recover it?
Because your data lives only on your device for privacy, a reset is permanent and can't be recovered. Your purchase history is safe and can be restored.
Does Puffless work offline?
Yes. The core app runs entirely on your device and works without a connection.
